Eloise's Blueberry Muffins

½ C. butter

1 C. sugar

2 eggs

2 C. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla

½ C. milk

2 C. blueberries

2 tsp. sugar for topping

Cream the sugar and butter; beat the eggs in one at a time. Sift dry ingredients together and fold into creamed mixture. Stir in milk vanilla and blueberries. Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin tins, and sprinkle sugar on tops.

Bake in preheated 375 oven and bake for 25-30 min.

Makes 12 muffins
